Chris Thomas has seen all sides of the broadcast industry, starting in 1995 in public radio at KWIT. In 1998 he tackled the 7-Mid/Imaging Director position at KSEZ, Sioux City (Z-98). While maintaining his Imaging Director duties, he also accepted the morning host position at Z-98 in 1999. CT hosted, produced, and maintained the "Morning Adjustment" as the top Arbitron rated show in the market (#1 Persons 12+, 18-34, and 25-54)...voted Siouxland's Favorite Radio Personality 5 years straight in the Weekender's Siouxland Choice Awards.

Chris Thomas (CT) became Program Director of KSEZ in 2002 and carried it to a #1 Arbitron ranking in multiple age demos. In 2004, he added Program Director of KMNS (News/Talk) to his resume, helping guide the station to top live coverage of 2004 Presidential Election visits/speeches from George Bush, Dick Cheney, John Kerry, and more. 

CT accepted an offer to move to Columbus, OH in October of 2005, bringing him to radio market #36. As host of the Evening Adjustment and Creative Services/Imaging Director at WLVQ, he reached a #1 Arbitron ranking within a year on air (P 25-54). Shortly after, he was promoted to Program Director and On Air Mid-days. His Mid-day show would soon be #1 Persons 25-54 and he had the vision to lead WLVQ to #2 Overall (P 25-54, it's highest ratings in 5 years) and ten consecutive station books at #1 Men 25-54. 

In February of 2008, Edison Media Research put forth its second annual call for '30 Under 30'-- broadcasters age 30 or under from all corners of the industry who would help move the medium forward over the next several decades. Chris Thomas was honored as Program Director and On Air Personality for WLVQ with a special luncheon presentation at the Conclave learning conference in Minneapolis, MN. Thomas was also profiled online at www.30under30.net.

Chris Thomas is also a professional violinist and trumpeter. Music has always been a large part of his life, from classical performing to jazz composing and performing. His passion and knowledge of the arts contribute to his success as a voice-over artist and production wizard (he even wears a pointy wizard hat).
